Regional Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage communities within the designated area

• Report directly to the Director of Marketing

• Perform site visits

• Complete weekly and quarterly reports

• Tour communities

• Create new processes

• Handle leads

• Foster census growth in alignment with the organization’s vision and mission

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for working with seniors

• A flexible, enjoyable, and energetic demeanor

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related discipline is required

• At least two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in all facets of sales & marketing, including lead generation and conversion

• Demonstrated success in forming strategic partnerships is essential

• Proven local referral network to generate referrals

• Must be willing and able to travel; overnight travel is necessary

• Strong commitment to team-oriented results

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

• Professional appearance and behavior

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
