Venture Content Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor weekly funding rounds, new funds, and developments in the venture market.

• Compose long-form blog articles focusing on portfolio companies, investments, LP positions, angel investments, notable investors, emerging trends, and significant funding rounds.

• Distribute content across LinkedIn, the company blog, newsletter, and X platform.

• Collaborate with the Head of Brand on content publishing, scheduling, and distribution across various channels.

• Acquire knowledge in brand-building and the underlying research.

• Report directly to the Head of Brand and the co-founders.

• Progress towards a role as a VC Analyst and dedicated content creator.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must actively follow the venture capital industry on a daily basis.

• Capable of naming funds, partners, and rounds from the current quarter without needing to look them up.

• Possess experience in writing and researching within the venture capital/startup domain.

• Ability to transform research findings into investment memos or articles.

• Strong factual accuracy coupled with attention to detail.

• Daily utilization of AI tools with sound judgment regarding their appropriate use.

• Genuine passion for the venture capital market.

• Must provide examples of previous work.

• Required to articulate motivation for engaging in the venture and startup sectors.

• Required to discuss previous venture/startup content, passion projects, internships, or full-time positions.
