This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of and uphold Nebius’s vendor security standards framework across carriers, third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, security companies, and last-mile service providers.
• Manage vendor-facing security requirements, obligations, and compliance benchmarks.
• Establish and enforce a zero-tolerance compliance policy with defined escalation procedures for non-compliance.
• Ensure that vendors accept NGSCS security standards prior to operational engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership, legal, and procurement to incorporate security requirements into contracts and service agreements.
• Perform regular, unannounced, and scheduled on-site compliance inspections on a global scale.
• Physically verify vendor controls and procedures, including access control, personnel screening, CCTV, handling procedures, tamper-evidence, and chain of custody.
• Evaluate compliance with TAPA FSR, TAPA TSR, and NGSCS requirements.
• Document findings from inspections and create compliance reports and gap assessments.
• Identify systemic risks and escalate them with recommendations for remediation.
• Issue corrective action notices and establish mandatory timelines for remediation.
• Monitor, verify, and re-inspect corrective actions.
• Maintain a comprehensive global vendor compliance register.
• Escalate ongoing or severe non-compliance with suggestions for sanctions, suspension, or replacement.
• Act as the primary NGSCS liaison for global vendor security compliance.
• Conduct vendor security evaluations and performance assessments.
• Generate global vendor compliance reports for NGSCS leadership.
• Propose systemic enhancements to standards and enforcement mechanisms.
• Contribute to the development of NGSCS standards, policies, SOPs, and vendor-facing documentation.
• Coordinate with regional supply chain security managers.
• Travel internationally for on-site vendor inspections.
• Report directly to the Head of Global Supply Chain Security.
• Extensive experience in supply chain security compliance, vendor auditing, or enforcement of security standards.
• Proven history of conducting physical security inspections and compliance assessments in complex, multi-vendor settings.
• Experience in issuing and managing corrective action processes, including escalation and resolution follow-through.
• Strong familiarity with supply chain security standards, including TAPA FSR and/or TAPA TSR.
• Solid working knowledge of physical security controls pertinent to logistics environments, such as access control, CCTV, personnel screening, tamper-evidence, and chain of custody.
• Assertive and direct communication style with the capability to hold vendors accountable at all organizational levels.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and an ability to manage a complex global compliance workload.
• Capacity to operate independently across multiple geographical locations with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
