Vendor Incentive Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Execute high-volume daily entries for credit and programs.

• Process and analyze exception reports, identify inconsistencies, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Assist Analysts with updates to the Event Wallet and related documentation.

• Organize and manage the team inbox, ensuring prompt routing of inquiries.

• Revise and update reports and spreadsheets related to the Event Wallet.

• Utilize Excel and internal platforms like Outsystems and Power BI to refresh reports and monitor entries.

• Keep comprehensive documentation for reconciliations and auditing purposes.

• Adhere to established protocols and internal controls.

• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

• Report directly to the Director of Operational Accounting.

• Assist Analysts and Supervisors with the daily processing of vendor incentives.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Over 1 year of experience in data entry, accounting support, rebate administration, or a similar administrative role.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Proven ability to perform accurate and high-volume data entry.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Capability to adhere to defined processes and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with vendor incentives, rebates, or invoice verification processes is preferred.

• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or ODS is advantageous.

• Exposure to financial systems or functions related to accounting support is preferred.

• Minimal travel may be required, up to 5% as needed.
