Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Visit designated automobile dealerships to assess used vehicle inventories.

• Record detailed vehicle data including VIN, equipment configuration, pricing, and mileage.

• Perform audits of automotive repair facilities within a designated region.

• Carry out visual inspections and accurately document audit findings.

• Provide timely and precise data to facilitate audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet access is necessary for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance are required.

• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned vehicle inventory route and be able to travel up to 25 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems.

• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays for recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit tasks.

• Self-motivated individual with excellent time management capabilities.

• Video interview is mandatory; candidates must refrain from using generative AI or automated assistance unless specifically permitted.
