Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee both internal and external audits to guarantee compliance with WelbeHealth, as well as state and federal regulations.

• Perform internal audits for WelbeHealth and present findings and recommendations to the Compliance team.

• Execute external audits of network partners, which include document assessments and facility evaluations.

• Assess operational procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and PACE-specific regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external network providers to identify compliance deficiencies and evaluate risks.

• Suggest corrective measures and promote ongoing improvements.

• Keep informed about updates to relevant laws, regulations, and guidance.

• Assist in modifying audit tools to maintain current audit processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, or a related field.

• A graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, holding an Unencumbered RN License or Unencumbered LVN License is preferred.

• Willingness to travel to various WelbeHealth locations in CA, NJ, and OR, with travel expectations of up to 20-25%.

• At least one (1) year of experience in healthcare compliance, with a strong preference for PACE experience.

• Familiarity with laws and regulations relevant to PACE programs.

• Strong critical thinking abilities to logically identify strengths and weaknesses of various solutions, conclusions, or problem-solving approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including experience in training others.

• Proof of vaccination or a vaccine declination form is required prior to employment.
