Temporary External Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct an independent audit of the Forbes Top Hospitals 2027 list and its ratings prior to publication.

• Map the audit process, ensuring methodology-to-code traceability, testing evidence, and validation of reproducibility.

• Prepare comprehensive audit documentation.

• Verify that the methodology has been executed correctly and that results are reproducible.

• Analyze Python code against the methodology report to detect any discrepancies.

• Evaluate Excel outputs in relation to the methodology report, including verifying Star ratings against percentiles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in analyzing CMS healthcare quality measures.

• Proficiency in Python and Excel.

• Background in quality checking calculations and outputs related to healthcare measures.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information into understandable insights for various audiences.

• Exceptional capability in maintaining accurate and detailed records.

• Outstanding research abilities.

• Diligent problem-solver.
