Vehicle Inventory Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Execute assigned audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer guidelines, considering site availability and scheduling.

• Perform necessary visual inspections while meticulously documenting audit information.

• Ensure that data is submitted in a timely and accurate manner to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Work autonomously while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Personal mobile device and/or wi-fi Internet access is essential for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.

• Must possess self-motivation and strong time management skills.

• Capability to travel up to 250 miles for scheduled audit assignments.

• Proficient in using required tablet-based applications and systems to fulfill vehicle inventory and audit tasks.

• Must maintain sufficient daytime availability during weekdays to complete recurring scheduled audit assignments.

• A video interview is mandatory for this position.
