This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main consultant and account leader for designated clients/practices, ensuring adherence to mandated reporting obligations and submission deadlines.
• Work in conjunction with account managers, sales teams, IT, development, business analysts, and systems integration groups to synchronize client strategies and enhance performance outcomes.
• Guarantee compliance with Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) standards and regulatory mandates.
• Evaluate baseline quality data, pinpoint performance deficiencies, and propose enhancement strategies.
• Facilitate regular virtual meetings with clients to discuss data, answer inquiries, and offer strategic direction.
• Analyze CMS regulations, MIPS specifications, and program updates; relay pertinent changes to clients and internal teams.
• Provide training for clients regarding reporting requirements, program updates, and technology/software for data collection and submission processes.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data utilizing approved submission protocols.
• Offer insights, tools, and suggestions to bolster client compliance and reporting effectiveness.
• Assist clients in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to enhance Promoting Interoperability performance.
• Perform random chart audits and compile reports within client EMRs to verify data precision and compliance.
• Aid in interpreting final adjudications and detailed feedback from quality payment program regulatory bodies.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related discipline (required)
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a similar field
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional client-facing skills and a dedication to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Experience in planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings
• Capacity to work autonomously as a self-starter while managing multiple clients
• Proficient problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to confidentially handle materials and information in a professional manner
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and strength sufficient to enter information via computer keyboard for prolonged durations, take notes, and manage paperwork, supplies, and other items.
• Adequate eyesight to effectively read documents and accurately view information on a computer screen
• Sufficient speaking and hearing ability to communicate effectively.
• Eye/hand coordination, hearing, and visual acuity necessary for daily tasks.
