This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the delivery of frozen poultry vaccines.
• Utilize inventory and order management systems to monitor and document vaccine orders, deliveries, and the chain of custody.
• Assist in overseeing customer vaccine application procedures.
• Collaborate with the Vaccine Delivery Manager, Poultry Account Managers, Poultry Marketing, Global Manufacturing & Supply, and Managed Service teams.
• Ensure adherence to customer expectations, safety regulations, and standards.
• Educate and train customers on optimal practices for vaccine mixing and handling.
• Perform audits of day-of-age spray applications.
• Evaluate customer needs, prioritize product allocations, enhance inventory availability, and devise delivery routes.
• Deliver products within the designated territory.
• Foster customer relationships and loyalty towards Zoetis poultry products and services.
• Train and assess customers on correct product usage and application.
• Manage communications with customers regarding Zoetis poultry products and services.
• Implement quality assurance standards and conduct audits.
• Ensure the safe handling of frozen vaccine products and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Oversee and audit the operation and utilization of customer spray cabinets.
• Monitor customer engagement in marketing initiatives and strategic portfolio contracts.
• Provide updates to sales colleagues following customer interactions.
• Deliver training, corrective actions, and visit summaries to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain necessary safety and regulatory knowledge or certifications for the handling and transport of frozen vaccines in liquid nitrogen.
• Keep documentation and communications for customer experiences, inventory management, order fulfillment, regulatory, safety, and accounting requirements; ensure records are audit-ready and support traceability and continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Ag Science, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
• A minimum of two years of Planning/Scheduling experience using an automated system or similar experience.
• Knowledge and awareness of the poultry industry are preferred.
• Strong organizational and route planning abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP, Office suite, and Salesforce.
• Ability to address common inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Understanding of logistics and regulatory requirements.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
