This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Assist customers by delivering clinical information regarding our vaccines, education, and resources.
• Support providers and health systems in addressing reimbursement, contract compliance, operational requirements, and financial concerns.
• Act as the main contact for healthcare providers, quality directors, immunization managers, and office managers within the designated region.
• Execute balanced product sales presentations in line with product labeling, CDC guidelines, and professional society recommendations.
• Provide Vaccine Management with updates on customer requirements, feedback, market trends, and progress towards quality goals.
• Enhance professional and healthcare knowledge through self-directed study, workshops, conferences, and reviewing promotional materials.
• Utilize analytical tools to perform quarterly business reviews and educate customers on optimizing vaccine contract performance.
• Aid customers with educational resources and tools, such as Vaccine IQ, to enhance immunization rates.
• Track business performance against goals using tools provided by the company.
• Create territory-specific business plans aimed at increasing immunization rates.
• Maintain knowledge and certification of the entire company vaccine portfolio and CDC immunization schedules for both pediatric and adult populations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for select customer accounts and identify potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer teams and support teams to formulate customer strategies.
• Travel approximately 20–25% throughout Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Alamosa, Durango, Canyon City, Salida, and nearby regions.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant work experience can include professional sales, marketing, military, or roles in healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices.
• Proven ability to excel in educational or professional settings.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency in conveying technical concepts accurately and clearly.
• Prior experience in a technical/scientific or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to engage customers and meet their needs is preferred.
• Familiarity with Marketing/Sales and/or Marketing/Sales Support Functions/Operations is preferred.
• Ability to analyze metrics to evaluate progress against objectives is preferred.
• Vaccine-related experience is preferred.
• Candidates must reside in the United States or Puerto Rico.
