VA, Virtual Assistant, Social Media & Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Enhance existing channels by refining profiles, bios, highlights, playlists, and legacy content.

• Create video content from start to finish: involves concept development, recording, editing, subtitling, and publication.

• Edit merchant testimonial videos recorded internally, prepare them for YouTube, and distribute as Shorts across relevant platforms.

• Convert reviews, results, and projects into reusable formats like carousels, quote cards, and Shorts.

• Develop and manage the AI representation of CEO Sven-Oliver Stietzel, capturing his voice, likeness, and speaking style to create content.

• Assist the CEO in preparing for public appearances with scripting, setup, and interview questions.

• Verify technical claims regarding Shopify, migration, and AI visibility in collaboration with the team's subject-matter experts.

• Deliver weekly KPI reports to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a proven track record of building social media channels from scratch and increasing their reach; please include relevant links in your application.

• You possess advanced video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including recording, subtitling, and platform-specific exporting.

• You are confident in phone communication and comfortable reaching out to customers for testimonials.

• You have a solid understanding of e-commerce and Shopify, or the ability to quickly familiarize yourself within two weeks.

• You are fluent in German, both spoken and written, at a native level.

• You work autonomously and methodically, consistently delivering daily output remotely without close supervision.

• You prioritize execution over extensive planning; initial results should be visible within days, not weeks.

• Your application must include links to three social media channels that you have either built or significantly managed, along with follower counts or specific lead-generation outcomes.

• A short application video introducing yourself, detailing your motivation, personality, communication style, and approach is required.
