This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia, +5 more countries.
β’ Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of organic social media initiatives for a variety of clients.
β’ Create monthly and campaign-focused social strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, brand positioning, and performance metrics.
β’ Develop content calendars that include themes, content pillars, formats, and goals.
β’ Craft platform-specific hooks, headlines, captions, and calls to action.
β’ Design static posts, carousels, educational materials, event creatives, and promotional assets.
β’ Conceptualize and edit short-form videos, including Reels and repurposed long-form content.
β’ Schedule and publish approved content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
β’ Onboard new social media clients and accounts, handling profile setups and account transitions.
β’ Manage client login access, platform permissions, Business Manager access, and user roles.
β’ Address urgent account issues, including time-sensitive publishing or content removal.
β’ Analyze monthly performance data and convert it into actionable recommendations.
β’ Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and high-quality standards.
β’ Collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Project Management, and client-facing teams.
β’ Establish repeatable social workflows, templates, standards, and best practices.
β’ Independently oversee assigned accounts from strategy and setup through to publishing and reporting.
β’ Enhance agency-wide social workflows, creative standards, reporting practices, and scalable processes.
β’ Report directly to the Creative Director.
β’ Over 5 years of professional experience in social media, content marketing, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience managing multiple brands or client accounts; agency experience is highly preferred.
β’ Strong capabilities in social strategy and editorial planning.
β’ Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
β’ Proficient copywriting and editing abilities.
β’ Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, composition, spacing, and image selection.
β’ Experience with AI-assisted image or video production.
β’ Practical experience in creating and editing short-form social videos.
β’ Professional management experience on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
β’ Familiarity with setting up social accounts, managing user permissions, and coordinating client access.
β’ Experience in analyzing organic social performance and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
β’ Keen attention to detail and the ability to self-QA work before submission for review.
β’ Capability to accept constructive feedback, ask pertinent questions, and apply revisions accurately and efficiently.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and workflows simultaneously.
β’ Capacity to respond calmly and swiftly to urgent social account requirements.
β’ Positive, professional communication style and a collaborative mindset.
β’ Ability to work effectively within a remote team primarily operating on U.S. Central Time.
β’ Familiarity with Buffer or similar scheduling platforms and Meta Business Suite.
β’ Experience with Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus.
β’ Proficiency in short-form video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
β’ Experience with native social analytics and Google Analytics 4 or comparable tools.
β’ Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel as well as ClickUp or similar project management tools.
β’ Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI-assisted creative platforms.
β’ A portfolio showcasing recent contributions to professional social media work is required.
β’ Bonus points for experience with TikTok, Reddit, X, Figma, After Effects or motion design, and exposure to the healthcare industry.
β’ Must be available to work until at least 2:00 PM U.S. Central Time each day.
β’ Monthly salary between $3,000 and $4,000 USD.
β’ Full-time employment status.
β’ Fully remote working environment.

β’ Flexibility to work from anywhere, with a schedule that aligns as closely as possible with U.S. Central Time.
β’ Gross salary; the employee is responsible for tax-related procedures in their country of residence.
