UX/UI Designer – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Craft engaging and user-friendly experiences for mobile applications (iOS/Android), desktop software, and responsive websites.

• Develop UX/UI solutions that effectively communicate pricing advantages and promotional initiatives.

• Engage in the complete design lifecycle, from brainstorming and prototyping to testing and execution.

• Make informed design choices grounded in user research, data insights, and business objectives.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, analysts, designers, and development teams.

• Present and defend proposed designs and their influence on user experiences and product objectives.

• Continuously refine solutions based on feedback and testing outcomes.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance the design process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in designing digital products for desktop, mobile (iOS/Android), and responsive web platforms.

• Strong proficiency in Figma.

• Demonstrated experience managing the entire design process, from conceptualization to execution.

• Capability to make and substantiate design decisions based on data and user insights.

• Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary product teams.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to present design solutions clearly.

• Practical expertise with AI tools that aid design, such as Figma Make, Codex, or Claude.

• Self-sufficiency, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

• Experience in designing products for the e-commerce sector (preferred).

• Experience in conducting or co-conducting user research (preferred).
