Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct independent research to uncover and suggest innovative initiatives.

• Create mockups and functional prototypes with exceptional visual quality.

• Adapt user experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and the Chrome Extension.

• Regularly contribute to the design library comprising tokens, components, and patterns.

• Utilize coding tools to implement front-end enhancements in production.

• Take ownership of the roadmap, milestones, timelines, and challenges for the team's projects.

• Identify issues, propose solutions, oversee implementation, and collaborate closely with others to bring concepts to market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in designing software that spans multiple platforms.

• Comfortable taking the lead without formal authority and committed to your team's success.

• Skilled in identifying issues, distilling feedback, and advocating for necessary changes.

• Expertise in visual design, layout composition, and information hierarchy.

• Familiar with coding and experienced in creating production-level prototypes.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Remote-first position within Canada, operating on Eastern Time.
