UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance user-focused digital experiences

• Carry out user research, collect requirements, and assess user behavior

• Create user journeys, navigation structures, wireframes, and prototypes

• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually cohesive interfaces

• Utilize Figma and other design and prototyping software

• Engage in usability testing and integrate feedback into design solutions

• Contribute to and evolve Design Systems

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, developers, and business teams

• Ensure adherence to UX, UI, accessibility, and usability best practices

• Assist in the implementation of solutions alongside development teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer

• Strong understanding of UX Design and UI Design principles

• High level of proficiency in Figma

• Familiarity with prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and information architecture

• Insight into user research and usability testing methodologies

• Experience with Design Systems and reusable design components

• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and fundamental design principles

• Background in Agile methodologies and working within multidisciplinary teams

• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects

• Experience with digital products and enterprise-level platforms

• Understanding of product and user experience metrics

• Background in B2B product design

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and a grasp of front-end development

• Experience in projects involving AI, automation, or emerging technologies
