Senior Product Designer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead product design initiatives within one of Luxury Presence’s key product domains.

• Take ownership of user experiences from inception to completion, addressing challenges and uncovering user requirements, leading to polished, development-ready designs.

• Create comprehensive user experiences, ranging from initial discovery and low-fidelity exploration to detailed execution.

• Conduct research, interviews, and testing to maintain a strong connection with user needs.

• Develop user-friendly and enjoyable solutions that cater to various scenarios, edge cases, and accessibility requirements.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and interdisciplinary teams to define problems and pinpoint solutions.

• Prototype and evaluate concepts using suitable fidelity levels and tools.

• Contribute to a reusable, accessible, and well-documented design system.

• Present work, engage in critiques, exchange feedback, and assist in enhancing team quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design.

• Extensive experience in designing and launching digital products within cross-functional teams.

• Portfolio showcasing user-centered problem-solving, robust UX thinking, and high-quality craftsmanship.

• Proficient in Figma, with expertise in component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens.

• Ability to communicate design choices, user needs, and trade-offs clearly and confidently.

• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with the ability to discern when to refine and when to release.

• A sense of curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing user outcomes through design.
