UX/UI Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Map and analyze processes pertaining to product quality and user experience.

• Identify areas for enhancement in the platform’s user journeys and processes.

• Align needs and expectations with managers, business units, and product teams.

• Conduct user research to gain insights into needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.

• Analyze research findings and convert them into actionable insights to drive product evolution.

• Develop and improve user journeys and navigation flows.

• Collaborate on information architecture.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces utilizing Figma.

• Employ FigJam for flows, journeys, workshops, and collaborative activities.

• Contribute to the development of the product’s visual interface and user experience.

• Create and maintain UX/UI documentation.

• Collaborate with product, technology, and other professionals involved in platform development.

• Monitor deliverables and support solution enhancements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Utilize the Mosaik CMS.

• Use Office 365 and Business Map for documentation, tracking, and deliverable management.
