Mid-Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product design tasks from start to finish, including understanding requirements, exploring solutions, creating high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and facilitating developer handoff.

• Craft clear and intuitive user flows for a complex digital assets product, addressing various states, edge cases, and responsive experiences.

• Collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams on requirements, technical limitations, dependencies, and implementation specifics.

• Enhance and sustain the existing design system by adding necessary components and patterns.

• Assist the marketing designer with design tasks and templates related to marketing.

• Evaluate the current product to identify opportunities for UX and UI enhancements.

• Suggest solutions for usability challenges, inconsistencies, and friction points.

• Deliver iterative refinements to existing features and user journeys.

• Conduct lightweight research, competitor analysis, and design exploration as required.

• Elevate the overall quality, consistency, and usability of the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.

• Demonstrated experience in working with, maintaining, and expanding design systems within a real product environment.

• Experience in designing and prototyping intricate digital products featuring multiple user flows, states, data-rich interfaces, or transactional experiences.

• Capacity to independently manage multiple projects, transition between various contexts, and produce high-quality work from inception to completion.

• Background screening checks may be conducted following a conditional job offer.
