UX/UI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform user research and conduct usability testing.

• Develop both low- and high-fidelity prototypes utilizing Figma/Design.

• Implement digital accessibility standards in line with WCAG and e-MAG v3.1.

• Collaborate with the Government Design System (gov.br/ds) and adhere to Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

• Partner with the technology team to create new features.

• Contribute to the development of robust and scalable products that serve thousands of users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication Design, Digital Design, or Web Design.

• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree accompanied by 360 hours of postgraduate education in the relevant field.

• Proficiency in Figma/Design.

• Understanding of digital accessibility principles, including WCAG and e-MAG v3.1.

• Familiarity with the Government Design System (gov.br/ds).

• Awareness of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
