Senior Product Designer – UK Banking Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and design intricate internal management systems, proprietary product platforms, and sophisticated CRM tools.

• Maintain design integrity and ensure a strong UX/UI consistency throughout complex backend workflows.

• Function as a design guardian within the team, operating under the oversight of design team management and strategy to uphold design quality and standards.

• Develop and enhance complicated internal systems, tailored CRM interfaces, and management platforms with a heavy backend focus.

• Actively shape the product roadmap and question existing processes.

• Promote ongoing design enhancements in close collaboration with Product Managers.

• Convert complex financial and technical backend logic into clear, functional, and scalable user interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in product design.

• Prior experience in the UK banking and/or fintech sector.

• Experience in designing mobile applications within banking, fintech, financial services, and/or product environments.

• Extensive knowledge in UX/UI design focused on complex systems, internal tools, and back-office platforms.

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency for daily professional interactions and collaboration.

• A proactive and dynamic attitude with a desire to influence product strategy and challenge conventional norms.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to act as a design guardian and key advisor to product leadership.

• High level of autonomy and confidence in navigating complex stakeholder environments.

• Familiarity with or interest in AI implementation and AI tools used in design workflows is a valuable asset.

• Some graphic design experience is considered a valuable asset.

• A strong delivery-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines and goals is a valuable asset.

• Experience working in distributed and multicultural teams is an added advantage.

• Must legally reside in the accepted region.
