UX Design Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee design initiatives that integrate insight, creativity, and implementation for the forthcoming era of computing.

• Conduct user research to identify challenges within the human-AI interaction.

• Develop journey maps that elucidate multi-step agentic reasoning for users.

• Create dynamic interaction patterns that address AI latency, ambiguity, and error situations.

• Organize co-creation workshops and usability testing sessions.

• Collaborate with creative technologists, AI engineers, developers, and product managers.

• Design moments for human validation and foster transparency and trust within automated workflows.

• Champion accessibility, inclusive intelligence, and fair AI experiences.

• Influence human-centered design viewpoints for agentic AI.

• Utilize effective storytelling to promote alignment throughout the design process from discovery to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in UX / experience design or a related discipline, with a robust portfolio showcasing enterprise or innovation-studio projects.

• Profound knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing techniques.

• Proficient in facilitating co-creation meetings and presenting to clients.

• Preferred experience with AI, agentic AI/UX, and data-informed design.

• A perspective on how AI can enhance human-centered design and co-creation.

• Familiarity with emerging AI tools (Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, Lovable, etc.).

• Proficient in Figma or Sketch, or other similar prototyping software.

• Experience collaborating with developers and product managers to convert research into actionable delivery.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.
