📋 Description

• Develop and create user interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile applications.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

• Perform user research and usability testing to collect feedback and refine designs.

• Work in collaboration with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and properly implemented.

• Maintain and enhance the design system to guarantee consistency across various products.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in design and user experience.

• Offer and accept constructive feedback during design review sessions.

• Partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to create products that engage users and achieve business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in product design, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficient in design software such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and various prototyping tools.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, processes, and methodologies.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.

• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory - Advanced Level.
