📋 Description

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for both new and existing product features, guiding them from concept to delivery.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Figma design system, ensuring consistency in components and patterns.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and quality assurance.

• Perform lightweight user research and conduct usability assessments.

• Integrate feedback into design iterations for continuous improvement.

• Deliver polished, developer-ready designs and comprehensive specifications.

• Remain actively involved during implementation to ensure design integrity.

• Simplify complex workflows, such as multi-entity onboarding and payroll processes, into user-friendly interfaces.

• Report directly to the Head of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing product and UX design thinking, illustrating the design process as well as the end results.

• Expertise in Figma, including skills in prototyping, component creation, and design systems.

• A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and fundamental interaction design concepts.

• Excellent communication abilities to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.

• Ability to work independently and asynchronously as part of a remote-first, distributed team.

• An interest in B2B/SaaS products, payroll, HR technology, or workforce management is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Recent graduates, bootcamp alumni, and self-taught designers with an impressive portfolio are strongly encouraged to apply.
