UX Design Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee design initiatives that integrate insights, creativity, and implementation for AI experiences.

• Conduct user research to identify challenges in the human-AI relationship.

• Develop journey maps that elucidate multi-step agentic reasoning.

• Design adaptive interaction patterns that address AI latency, uncertainty, and error scenarios.

• Organize co-creation workshops and usability testing sessions.

• Collaborate with creative technologists and AI engineers.

• Design moments of human-in-the-loop hand-off that prioritize transparency and trust.

• Promote accessibility, ethical design, and inclusive intelligence.

• Influence human-centered design perspectives for agentic AI.

• Utilize storytelling to unify stakeholders throughout the design process from discovery to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in UX / experience design or a related discipline, with a robust portfolio showcasing enterprise or innovation-studio projects.

• Profound knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.

• Proficient in facilitating co-creation workshops and presenting to clients.

• Preferred experience with AI, agentic AI/UX, and data-driven design.

• A perspective on how AI can enhance human-centered design and co-creation.

• Familiarity with emerging AI assistants, including Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, and Lovable.

• Proficient in Figma or Sketch, or other similar prototyping tools.

• Experience collaborating with developers and product managers to translate research findings into actionable deliverables.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.
