UX Design Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead user research initiatives to identify challenges in the human-AI relationship.

• Develop journey maps that elucidate multi-step agentic reasoning for end users.

• Create dynamic interaction patterns to address AI latency, ambiguity, and error states.

• Conduct workshops and usability tests in collaboration with creative technologists and AI engineers.

• Design human-in-the-loop hand-off moments that necessitate human validation.

• Promote accessibility, ethical design, and inclusive intelligence.

• Influence human-centered design approaches for agentic AI.

• Utilize clear storytelling to foster alignment throughout the design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in UX / experience design or a related field, accompanied by a robust portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects.

• A profound understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.

• Proficient in facilitating co-creation sessions and delivering presentations to clients.

• Prior experience with AI, agentic AI/UX, and data-driven design is preferred.

• A perspective on how AI can enhance human-centered design and co-creation processes.

• Familiarity with emerging AI assistants, such as Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, and Lovable.

• Proficient in Figma or Sketch, or other similar prototyping tools.

• Experience collaborating with developers and product managers to convert research findings into actionable outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.
