UX Design Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Guide user research to identify challenges in the human-AI interaction.

• Develop journey maps that elucidate multi-step agentic reasoning.

• Create dynamic interaction patterns that address AI latency, ambiguity, and error conditions.

• Facilitate workshops and conduct usability assessments.

• Partner with creative technologists and AI engineers.

• Design human-in-the-loop hand-off moments emphasizing transparency and trust.

• Promote accessibility, ethical design, and inclusive intelligence.

• Influence human-centered design practices for agentic AI.

• Utilize clear storytelling to foster alignment throughout the discovery-to-delivery process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in UX / experience design or a related discipline, accompanied by a robust portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio work.

• Profound knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing techniques.

• Proficient in leading co-creation sessions and presenting ideas to clients.

• Preferably possess direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX, and data-driven design.

• Have a perspective on how AI can enhance human-centered design and co-creation.

• Familiarity with emerging AI tools (Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, Lovable, etc.).

• Proficient in Figma or Sketch, or similar prototyping applications.

• Experience collaborating with developers and product managers to translate research findings into actionable outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.
