UX Certification Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee UX certification for member banks across various features and regions.

• Keep an updated overview of each bank’s UX progress from initial proposals to certified experiences.

• Evaluate and critique member designs in accordance with Wero UX standards, guidelines, and pattern libraries.

• Identify potential gaps and risks while providing clear, actionable feedback.

• Manage feedback loops, clarifications, iterations, and re-assessments with member banks.

• Contribute to the development of guidelines, best-practice examples, checklists, walkthrough videos, and presentations for members.

• Relay implementation challenges, insights, and user feedback to EPI product and design teams.

• Convert UX and technical limitations into structured communications suitable for non-design stakeholders.

• Promptly escalate any blocking issues in a constructive manner.

• Organize or facilitate user research, including usability tests and post-launch feedback.

• Transform research findings into actionable recommendations for improving member UX.

• Collaborate with member UX and Product teams, EPI Product and Design teams, as well as Programme/Delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (CEFR C1 or C2).

• Knowledge of French, German, Dutch, or other European languages is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to excel in a remote-first, multicultural setting.

• Self-assured in presenting to senior stakeholders, including banks and internal leadership.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with external partners or clients, preferably banks or large enterprises.

• Capability to diplomatically manage misalignments while safeguarding the UX vision.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles (UX and UI).

• Proficient in reviewing and challenging user flows, wireframes, and UI designs.

• Systematic approach to managing multiple concurrent workstreams across banks, features, and countries.

• Comfortable overseeing status updates, follow-up tasks, and deadlines.

• Familiar with Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
