User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Scaling advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads

• Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google Ads within the established strategy and set KPIs

• Continuously seeking new approaches and opportunities for optimizing advertising campaigns

• Participating in the creation of advertising materials for promotion on Google and Bing Ads

• Working on global EdTech, Productivity, and Wellness products at Boosters

• Promoting JustDone/Reprism — an AI assistant for in-depth academic work

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience specifically with Google Ads in an advertising agency or product company

• Experience working with the Google Ads platform with specific results in Tier 1 markets

• In-depth experience with Google Analytics / Amplitude / Tableau

• Experience optimizing metrics such as CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR

• Proven experience in improving Quality Score (QS)

• A hypothesis-driven and data-driven approach to work

• Ability to analyze competitors' strategies and results

• Experience managing budgets of $100,000 or more per month

• Upper-Intermediate level of English
