Growth Marketing Manager – Affiliates & Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations related to affiliate and partner acquisition across various countries

• Discover new partner segments to foster growth

• Develop an outreach strategy aimed at converting high-value partners

• Manage the current affiliate network effectively

• Act as the primary contact for partners regarding monthly payouts, billing, new products, and negotiating deals

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of campaigns

• Provide trends, insights, and growth opportunities to the team and stakeholders

• Work with stakeholders to enhance sales materials, assets, and landing pages

• Engage in product development activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or partnership marketing

• Strong interpersonal skills

• At ease when meeting new partners in person, virtually, or via phone calls

• Proficient negotiation skills

• Track record of closing deals with large partners, media agencies, affiliate networks, or sales houses

• Familiarity with CRMs or partnership marketing software

• Capability to create automations that optimize and scale work processes

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude

• Experience in fintech is an advantage
