This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver technical and clinical guidance during pre-sales by showcasing Ultrasound products, their applications, functions, and advantages to clients.
• Organize, plan, and implement objective-driven system training; track and report on training results.
• Act as a subject matter expert and clinical liaison to the sales team, enhancing clinical capabilities, client relationships, and business opportunities.
• Engage competitive accounts and relay market intelligence to the organization.
• Propel new product features and clinical methodologies; create training plans and strategies for product integration and ongoing requirements.
• Assist at trade shows and professional conferences through product demonstrations and client training.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the modality/team; identify customer satisfaction concerns and facilitate escalations, problem-solving, and specialized training requests.
• Cultivate customer relationships, standardize and refine protocols, and back clinical education initiatives.
• Advocate for hybrid training delivery for clients.
• Keep pre- and post-training documentation in line with global guidelines.
• Uphold safety, quality, Quality Management System, and EHS protocols and procedures.
• Associate's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the General Imaging Ultrasound technical/clinical field.
• ARDMS certification in Abdomen or OB/Gyn.
• Willingness to travel extensively (over 80% of the time, approximately 4–5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends) within the US.
• Must reside in San Antonio or the nearby area.
• Proven experience working with GE Healthcare Ultrasound systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical education training and the implementation of processes.
• Proven ability to convey complex information and adapt messaging for various audiences.
• Familiarity with Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• GE HealthCare will not provide sponsorship for employment visas for this position.
