This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while mapping user journeys and operational workflows.
• Collect feedback from both internal and external users through interviews, usability testing, and review of feedback.
• Document and clarify UI/UX decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and sustain production user interfaces utilizing Next.js App Router, React, and TypeScript.
• Build inventory and network views, performance dashboards, filter toolbars, saved views, data tables, and analytical charts.
• Design URL-driven filters, sorting mechanisms, and pagination features.
• Implement screens, forms, and data views across .NET and Next.js applications.
• Enhance the product design system by applying and extending Tailwind CSS, shared primitives, and design tokens.
• Ensure responsive layouts, semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, efficient rendering, and appropriately sized client bundles.
• Write and maintain component tests and conduct browser end-to-end tests using Playwright or similar tools.
• Monitor and enhance browser-level quality and performance for interactive, data-heavy pages.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Data Engineering teams.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Assist in defining and enforcing frontend standards.
• Help scope and estimate frontend tasks for sprint planning and product roadmaps.
• Stay updated on React, Next.js, user experience practices, and changes in the web platform.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Frontend, UI/UX, or Full Stack Engineer, with significant responsibility for production user interfaces.
• Strong practical experience with React and TypeScript within a modern framework; Next.js App Router is highly preferred.
• Experience in constructing complex tables, filters, dashboards, and charts.
• Practical knowledge of utility-first CSS systems like Tailwind and experience working within an established design system.
• Comprehensive understanding of server-side and client-side rendering, data fetching, rendering performance, and client-bundle optimization.
• Proven experience delivering semantic, keyboard-accessible, and screen-reader-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, CI practices, component testing using Vitest, Jest, or similar tools, as well as browser end-to-end testing using Playwright or equivalent tools.
• Experience in mentoring engineers, leading small technical initiatives, or acting as a project point of contact.
• Ability to convey UI/UX and interaction decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in designing user-centered interfaces and creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma or a similar tool.
• Proven track record of validating designs through user research or usability testing.
• Must possess the current and ongoing right to work in the United States of America without any restrictions or expirations.
