This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop React single-page applications utilizing a modular component architecture, client-side routing, and effective state management.
• Execute drilldowns for out-of-balance scenarios along with structured exception review and approval workflows.
• Create responsive layouts employing CSS grid, flexbox, and media queries.
• Connect backend APIs ensuring secure data handling, schema validation, and organized error-management practices.
• Establish protected routing, secure rendering behaviors, and safe session workflows.
• Enhance UI performance for data-intensive reconciliation, exception-tracking, and multi-step review interfaces.
• Apply WCAG accessibility standards through ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and semantic HTML.
• Design comprehensive UX workflows for exception flows, drilldowns, multi-step approvals, and audit-driven interactions.
• Troubleshoot complex state transitions, routing logic, and issues with asynchronous data flows.
• Assess clients' business processes and user experience.
• Offer technical leadership and guidance for UI/UX development in mission-critical financial applications.
• Work collaboratively with backend, ingestion, reporting, DevOps, product, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Document UI components, interaction patterns, integration contracts, and UX standards.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• A decade of experience in UI/UX development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SPA architecture, and component-driven development.
• Familiarity with React Router, centralized or modular state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API), and asynchronous data flows.
• Proficient in modern CSS, including grid, flexbox, and media queries.
• Practical experience in integrating RESTful APIs with secure data handling, validation, and error management.
• Knowledge of protected routes, session handling, and safe rendering patterns.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, ARIA usage, and semantic HTML.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for UI state, routing behavior, and asynchronous workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• US Person citizenship/work-status requirement.
• Willingness to travel less than 10%.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise-level reconciliation, exception management, and multi-step approval workflows.
• Preferred: knowledge of performance optimization for data-rich dashboards and transaction-heavy interfaces.
• Preferred: understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps collaboration.
• Preferred: experience with UX documentation, design systems, and reusable UI component libraries.
