UI/UX Designer, Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute innovative design solutions.

• Create user-centered designs by grasping business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly convey design concepts.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and validate design choices.

• Ensure visual design consistency and quality across all digital platforms to enhance user experience.

• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold high work standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role, accompanied by a strong portfolio of design projects.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and utilizing insights to enhance designs.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
