Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete UI/UX design workflow, encompassing research, concept formulation, final design, and execution.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and software applications.

• Perform user research and collect feedback to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and challenges.

• Convert intricate technical and business requirements into straightforward, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.

• Create and uphold design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable design components.

• Work closely with software developers and product stakeholders to ensure precise implementation of designs.

• Carry out usability testing and continually enhance product designs based on user feedback and insights.

• Maintain consistency in design, branding, and user experience across various products and platforms.

• Clearly present and articulate design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.

• A robust portfolio showcasing experience in designing digital products, web applications, or software platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma and other pertinent design and prototyping tools.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.

• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.

• In-depth knowledge of responsive design and usability best practices.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with software development teams.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with a keen visual design sense.

• Capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with BIM, AEC, engineering software, or Autodesk products is highly desirable.
