UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement design concepts that adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently while effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to gain insight into project goals and specifications.

• Produce graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print formats.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira for project creation and design.

• Partner with developers and stakeholders to ensure the integrity and execution of designs.

• Define the creative direction for the company in accordance with brand standards.

• Manage projects while adhering to design specifications and budgetary constraints.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Keep informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related field.

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with working in an Agile setting using Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

• A keen attention to detail and a passion for producing visually engaging designs.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
