UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Identify requirements and produce visual graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Develop and implement design concepts that adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Oversee multiple design projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to grasp requirements and objectives.

• Generate graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print media.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to execute projects.

• Work alongside developers and stakeholders to guarantee design integrity and successful implementation.

• Establish a creative direction in line with company brand guidelines.

• Manage projects within design specifications and budget constraints.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related field.

• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a diverse array of design projects.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Attention to detail and enthusiasm for creating visually engaging designs.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Solid analytical skills.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
