This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify requirements and produce visual graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.
• Conceptualize and implement design ideas that adhere to brand standards and project requirements.
• Oversee several design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Work in partnership with design and marketing teams to grasp project goals and requirements.
• Generate graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print formats.
• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira for project creation and design.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to maintain design consistency and execution.
• Set the creative vision for the organization while staying within brand parameters.
• Manage projects while adhering to design guidelines and budget constraints.
• Engage in design evaluations and offer constructive criticism.
• Remain updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related field.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.
• 2–5 years of pertinent work experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in an Agile setting using Jira is advantageous.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a broad array of design projects.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually compelling designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking abilities.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, both print and web design.
