UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create UI and UX flows in Figma utilizing the latest features of the tool

• Employ a systematic approach to design while taking engineering factors into account

• Ensure that products and features are launched in accordance with the designs

• Offer comprehensive pre-launch feedback to the engineering team

• Utilize data-driven insights, complex analyses, user testing, and A/B testing to inform design choices

• Collaborate with Developers, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams

• Integrate feedback from stakeholders and data to enhance and reimagine designs

• Report directly to the Director of Design & Innovation

• A portfolio that displays previous design projects

• Demonstrated ability to enhance a design system and optimize design workflows

• Agile, iterative approach to product design without compromising on quality

• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Proven track record of using data to guide design decisions

• Experience in a user-experience-focused environment
