UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create tailored, high-performance websites from inception to delivery

• Offer occasional assistance with brand-related materials

• Oversee the entire web design process for various client projects

• Collaborate with the Australian Creative Director for direction on creative aspects

• Work alongside the Web Developer based in the Philippines to ensure smooth execution

• Uphold a consistent standard of high-quality design, refinement, and meticulous attention to detail across multiple client projects

• Influence the design, launch, and optimization processes of websites

• A commitment to enhancing each project beyond the previous one

• A robust portfolio showcasing your website design experience

• An interest in new design tools, workflows, and AI, whether currently used or something you wish to explore

• Proficient written English for effective communication with an Australian team and clients

• Must reside in the Philippines

• Engagement as an independent contractor

• Required to disclose any ongoing roles or client commitments

• Must indicate this role on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”

• Expected to work during AU business hours, roughly 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday
