Junior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create engaging web, mobile, dashboard, and enterprise application experiences.

• Transform requirements and workflows into user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.

• Develop high-fidelity UX/UI designs and reusable components using Figma.

• Establish and maintain design systems, components, styles, and UX consistency.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and facilitate smooth implementation.

• Engage in customer discussions to translate ideas into visual concepts and solution experiences.

• Design presentations, solution visuals, infographics, and storytelling materials for customers.

• Provide UX support for AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI-based applications.

• Research and adopt emerging design technologies and AI-enabled design tools.

• Swiftly incorporate feedback and manage multiple initiatives as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Proficient in Figma - this is a must.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.

• Demonstrated experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.

• Strong sense of layout, typography, spacing, visual balance, and consistency.

• Capability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts.

• Excellent creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.

• Proficient in designing professional presentations for customers.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

• Exposure to AI / GenAI-driven applications and conversational UX.

• Experience with AI-assisted design or image-generation tools.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based application development.

• Experience in enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS, or B2B product design.

• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Adobe tools, Canva, or similar visual-design platforms.

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, React, or Angular is a plus.

• A Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant hands-on experience and a strong portfolio are equally significant.
