UI/UX Design Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish grading criteria tailored for specific tasks related to digital product and UX deliverables.

• Assess design systems and component libraries, responsive UI layouts and dashboards, comprehensive product flows, customer portals, UX writing/product content, and design-to-engineering transitions.

• Evaluate AI-generated and human-produced work samples according to the established criteria.

• Provide comprehensive written rationales for each score assigned.

• Utilize consistent, evidence-based evaluations ensuring that scores are reproducible and defensible.

• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers into the evaluation process.

• Rapidly iterate on evaluation tasks.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and enhancing AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX, or design systems for authentic digital products.

• Proven experience with genuine digital products, not including brand or marketing websites.

• Background in leading digital product and UX studios, in-house product design teams at prominent product-driven companies, or advanced e-commerce and marketplace firms.

• Experience in one or more roles: Product/UI/Design Systems Designer, UX Lead, UX Writer/Content Designer, or digital Product/Business Analyst.

• Proficient in interaction and visual design, design systems, responsive layouts, end-to-end product flows, prototyping, and production handoff using Figma.

• Capability to provide critique as a design or UX lead would during a review.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable with having judgments assessed and calibrated against peers.

• Previous experience in AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a significant advantage.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Not eligible as an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate.
