Product Designer – Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the establishment of the product experience design strategy, ensuring alignment with OKRs and user requirements.

• Organize and execute both qualitative and quantitative research, usability tests, and journey mapping activities.

• Convert research findings into practical, data-informed solutions.

• Create information architecture, navigation flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Oversee the growth and implementation of the Design System, maintaining visual consistency, component reusability, and accessibility standards.

• Conduct co-creation workshops, Design Thinking sessions, and alignment meetings with Engineering, Product, and Data teams.

• Evaluate usability and user behavior metrics to suggest ongoing enhancements.

• Recognize and address friction points within intricate product journeys.

• Guarantee comprehensive documentation and a well-structured handoff to Engineering.

• Guide and assist in the professional development of other designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma for developing components, screens, responsive flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile platforms using a mobile-first methodology.

• Experience in applying and refining Design Systems, standardized components, brand visual language, and accessibility protocols.

• Capability to interpret quantitative metrics and qualitative data to inform data-driven design choices.

• Background in product discovery, hypothesis development, and ongoing testing.

• Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams (squads) alongside Product Managers and Engineers/Developers.

• Strong comprehension of the product lifecycle within agile settings.

• Familiarity with WCAG guidelines.
