This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide UX/UI assistance and functions for an agile scrum team supporting web applications for a federal government partner.

• Create designs in line with customer specifications.

• Enhance designs based on input from project leaders, developers, and various stakeholders.

• Participate in all agile scrum ceremonies.

• Organize design research meetings.

• Develop designs for new or improved web application features.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to revise and enhance designs based on feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a UX Designer working on web-based applications.

• More than 5 years of experience utilizing design tools such as Figma/FigJam to create user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.

• 5+ years of experience in conducting user research, testing designs with end users, synthesizing system data, presenting findings to various stakeholder groups, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess designs, and offering recommendations for plain language.

• 5+ years of experience in producing UX artifacts that support design research and architecture.

• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of tools for large-scale development in a kanban or scrum environment.

• Strong comprehension of business requirements and their influence on design and the user’s digital experience.

• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.

• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
