UI Design Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Craft comprehensive user interfaces for digital products, encompassing screens, layouts, components, and interaction states.

• Develop visual and interactive elements that effectively guide users through workflows and tasks.

• Implement design systems, patterns, and standards to maintain consistency across various products and platforms.

• Convert requirements and user insights into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, engineers, and product partners to ensure interface design aligns with user needs and technical limitations.

• Evaluate executed designs to confirm visual and interaction accuracy against approved designs.

• Refine designs based on usability insights, feedback, and changing product requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing user interfaces for web or digital applications.

• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction design principles.

• Capability to design at both the structural and surface levels of the user experience.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.

• Experience in applying and enhancing design systems and component libraries.

• Ability to convert requirements into clear, production-ready interface designs.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a product or delivery setting.

• Knowledge in designing for accessibility and inclusive design standards.

• Familiarity with usability testing and integrating findings into interface design.

• Experience collaborating closely with front-end engineers during the implementation phase.

• Exposure to enterprise-level or complex digital products.
