UI Design Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive user interfaces for digital products, encompassing screens, layouts, components, and interaction states.

• Design visual and interactive elements that facilitate users in navigating workflows and completing tasks.

• Implement design systems, patterns, and standards consistently across various products and platforms.

• Convert requirements and user insights into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Work collaboratively with UX designers, researchers, engineers, and product stakeholders.

• Evaluate executed designs for visual and interaction accuracy.

• Refine designs based on usability insights, feedback, and changing product demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing user interfaces for web or digital applications.

• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction design principles.

• Capability to design at both the foundational and surface levels of the user experience.

• Proficient in using industry-standard design and prototyping tools.

• Experience in applying and enhancing design systems and component libraries.

• Ability to transform requirements into clear, production-ready interface designs.

• History of collaboration with cross-functional teams in a product or delivery setting.

• Experience in designing for accessibility and inclusive design standards is preferred.

• Familiarity with usability testing and integrating findings into interface design is preferred.

• Experience collaborating closely with front-end engineers during implementation is preferred.

• Exposure to enterprise-level or complex digital products is preferred.
