UI Design Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create clear, intuitive, and visually cohesive user interfaces.

• Influence the way users engage with digital products.

• Design user navigation through screens and ensure visual and interactive elements enhance that journey.

• Convert product goals and user requirements into actionable interface designs.

• Develop usable, accessible, and consistent interfaces across various platforms.

• Perform design tasks independently while collaborating with design and delivery teams.

• Guide interfaces from initial concept to final implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing user interfaces for web or digital applications.

• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction design.

• Ability to design at both the skeleton and surface levels of the user experience.

• Proficient with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.

• Experience in applying and contributing to design systems and component libraries.

• Capability to translate requirements into clear, production-ready interface designs.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a product or delivery environment.

• Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design standards.

• Knowledge of usability testing and integrating findings into interface design.

• Experience closely collaborating with front-end engineers during implementation.

• Exposure to enterprise-level or complex digital products.
