UGC Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all phases of UGC partnerships, which includes identifying creators, outreach efforts, and managing relationships.

• Offer constructive feedback to partners to maintain content quality and ensure alignment with brand values.

• Negotiate compensation, usage rights, and licensing agreements with UGC creators.

• Utilize video editing software to improve UGC quality and enhance branding.

• Organize and manage content within CMS tools while properly archiving assets.

• Keep abreast of UGC trends, platform-specific guidelines, and new tools in the market.

• Collaborate closely with the paid social team to optimize UGC for advertising on Meta and TikTok.

• Evaluate performance metrics, refine content, and experiment with variations to maximize campaign effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content production, social media, or roles related to UGC.

• Profound understanding of UGC trends.

• Passion for engaging with diverse creator communities.

• Strong project management skills with the capability to manage multiple collaborations and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience with performance tracking tools.

• Proficient in creative software like Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Figma.

• Skilled in using CMS platforms such as Aspire and Air.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach.

• Ability to collaborate in real-time, primarily between 9 AM and 2 PM PT.
