Tutor – Product, Project & Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Respond to learners' inquiries regarding subject matter both in writing and verbally.

• Facilitate and enhance training content through live sessions, webinars, classroom interactions, and personalized learning support.

• Assist learners with their questions or uncertainties during exercises and projects.

• Evaluate learners' progress.

• Administer and grade final assessments and ascertain training outcomes.

• Develop, prepare, and continually update educational materials related to Product Management, Project Management, Change Management, and associated frameworks.

• Ensure the quality of current training initiatives and provide constructive feedback to the Learning Team.

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Offer support to new team members.

• Collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, Learning Team, and other stakeholders.

• Actively engage in the continuous improvement of training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification.

• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following fields: Product Management, Project Management, or Change Management.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, and traditional project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with relevant tools such as Asana, Jira, Miro, and Mural.

• Experience in reporting and roadmapping.

• Basic understanding of data and data analysis.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, or Excel is advantageous.

• Teaching experience in conveying technical or subject-specific content to non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of instructional principles in adult education and online learning.

• Strong customer service orientation, empathy, effective communication skills, and a culture of constructive feedback.

• A proactive approach, teamwork spirit, resilience, and adaptability.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English (minimum C1 level).

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany.
