This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage assigned ticket queues, resolving cases while adhering to quality, accuracy, and turnaround expectations.
• Prioritize cases based on urgency and risk to minimize backlog and achieve service-level objectives.
• Assess evidence related to enforcement reports and implement consistent, policy-aligned measures.
• Examine flagged activities using internal tools, documenting rationale and results.
• Elevate unclear or high-stakes cases through the appropriate channels, providing supporting evidence and context.
• Detect emerging trends, unusual spikes, and repetitive tactics, bringing them to the team's attention.
• Engage in rotating on-call duties for periods of up to 7 days consecutively.
• 2–5 years of experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, privacy, compliance, or a related operational role.
• Proven experience managing ticket-driven workflows while meeting productivity and SLA standards.
• Ability to consistently apply policy frameworks and discern when escalation is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail while handling high volumes of cases.
• Skills in pattern recognition and the ability to clearly summarize findings for a lead.
• Experience dealing with challenging or sensitive content and a willingness to do so.
• Familiarity with case management systems, investigative tools, and sanctioned AI-assisted processes.
• Adaptability to shift between queues as priorities change.
